At KMK MART, all purchases are considered final. Due to the international nature of our business and the fact that our products are shipped from Japan, we are unable to accept product returns after an order has been delivered.

Once an order has been delivered, customers cannot return the product for a refund or exchange. Customers should carefully review the product details before completing their purchase.

2. International Shipping

Our products are shipped from Japan. Due to international shipping requirements and the difficulty of returning products to Japan, returns are generally not possible after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact KMK MART customer support as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs or other evidence of the issue so that we can review the situation and determine whether assistance, replacement, or another solution may be available.

4. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped from Japan, cancellation may no longer be possible.
