Due to the international nature of our business and the fact that our products are shipped from Japan, we generally do not accept product returns after delivery.

Returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or failure to review the product details before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped from Japan, cancellation may no longer be possible.
